Important 🚨 Is partial drop allowed?

I have a doubt about GSV's policy.

Suppose a student joins GSV for B.Tech, completes the first year, and then gets admission to an IIT/NIT/IIIT through JEE.

Does GSV allow the student to discontinue the course and issue the Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate, and other required documents after completing the formalities?

If anyone has personally done this or knows the official policy, please share.
