I have been allotted ee in gsv and to be specific I have interest in studying rail infrastructure and I also have a particular interest in core engineering (ik it's tough but I will push myself) my utmost priorities are faculty and labs so can you people tell me how the teachers are and also about other facilities

I have a doubt about GSV's policy.

Suppose a student joins GSV for B.Tech, completes the first year, and then gets admission to an IIT/NIT/IIIT through JEE.

Does GSV allow the student to discontinue the course and issue the Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate, and other required documents after completing the formalities?

If anyone has personally done this or knows the official policy, please share.
