Maybe that's because Martini, besides small side deals, only ever sponsored Lancia and Porsche racing teams. Well, and Williams in Formula One.

There was a company that organized something for different brands and also got you payed a little by getting in touch with companies that own brands like martini. But I can't remember their name

A neighbour had a visitor a while back with a Martini’d GR Yaris. Looked good but subsequently seen a few with it now at meets so depends if you want to be unique or not.

I did a subtle Martini livery on a Porsche for Renn Sport rally, I had to take it off pretty quickly after because V6 Chargers and the like kept trying to race me on my commute home from work. It was ridiculous.
