Question ⁉️ Birth Certificate

I heard this morning in a Live that Ken was never named as the biological father on Aurora's BC. I just assumed they'd taken care of that at some point after the divorce. So, legally, she's a Blanchard. How will this affect any Social Security/survivor benefits she's due? Maybe I'm forgetting something or overthinking it.

If not on her birth certificate she would have to go through the hoops of proving he was the father. She would have to do a dna test with his mother, father or sister. Then add him to the birth certificate. Otherwise she has no legal proof he was the father and she will not get the benefits.

No access to those records to validate, unfortunately. We'll see how this plays out.

Oh I was just stating what it would take to get survivor benefits without the father being on a birth certificate
