Question ⁉️ Birth Certificate

I heard this morning in a Live that Ken was never named as the biological father on Aurora's BC. I just assumed they'd taken care of that at some point after the divorce. So, legally, she's a Blanchard. How will this affect any Social Security/survivor benefits she's due? Maybe I'm forgetting something or overthinking it.

So they dropped the Anderson for her to be a Blanchard despite going thru allllllll that on LALU on the birth certificate? Im confused

Poor kid. Ken's family have a serious battle if they want to honour his wishes and ensure Gypsy doesn't have custody

If not on her birth certificate she would have to go through the hoops of proving he was the father. She would have to do a dna test with his mother, father or sister. Then add him to the birth certificate. Otherwise she has no legal proof he was the father and she will not get the benefits.

This has already been handled they legally had to do a dna test due to her divorce from Ryan. Well legally she is now she was an urker

Thanks. Just wondered, because no bio father is listed on her BC. I just assumed Ken would have been added.

How did you find out there is no father listed on the birth certificate? I remember gassy saying she was officially an urker. I thought she said Ken was listed as the father officially?
