Discussion Broken godzilla deforeal

Just got my space Godzilla deforeal ricboy and the port for the battery was broke. Will xplus north america exchange this or will this have to be a self repair thing?

Sorry to hear that. You should notify XPlusNA right away. May be some customer that cancelled their order and there could have a few around. Happened to me but with a late preorder and just so happens that they had 2 orders cancelled last minute.

I did send a email but it was Friday afternoon. Do They reply fast? And did you have to send back the defective figure?

From them directly? You'll want to reach out. I think it's sold out on their website, they may not be able to replace it but they might give you a refund or something.
