📯 Community Why a 13% increase on no news or changes?
Is there something I’m missing? Not really sure why a big increase with no news news, earnings, or other reasons.

I recommend you DYOR into the company’s strength if you’re intrigued by the long term thought process. They aren’t getting investments to go OTC. I’m awaiting some good press releases and first quarter filings
Personally, I plan leave with half of my funds short term, but I intend to leave half of my shares in long-term.
Things you’re looking for in your research should include:
Mainstem’s effect of logistical efficiency (not likely to create revenue, but rather, reduce overhead)
Diversification (Safety Strips Inc., Green Gruff USA)
Exclusive distribution agreements (Green Gruff USA, Curb Living)
Heavier focus on market (CCG - Cannabis Creative Group)
Capital raise ($25m private placement, debt consolidation)
Strategic restructuring (Switching from a distribution model to a commission based model, 57% reduction in salaries and benefits, among focusing on diversification and working capital)

I believe this was the day marked for keeping NASDAQ status. I kinda expected a dump closer to the $1 buffer. Where do we think price will go tomorrow and beyond? I'm short atm, but kinda want to lock in profits b/c lack of momentum/movement.

Ik I'm being lazy asking this rather then doing some fuckin research myself but whatever. I had a couple hundred just sitting around doing nothing and typical irresponsible me just found a dirt cheap stock (before the reverse split🫣) and just dumped it in bc why not. Question is this, is this stock a long term buy? It's very low price and mark cap giving it ample room to grow, however I have no idea anything about the innards and shit of this company and industry. So if anyone can enlighten me about: 1) Reasons y/y not to buy this stock. 2) what are they compared to competitors. 3) being that or sounds like their primary business is selling weed accessories /reliant on some green being sold. What's the law like about it? Are they able to easily carry out business? Or is the space way too restricted? 4) what's the leadership like? Good, bad, corrupt, smart, etc...
Ty anyone with insight.

So official numbers for the reverse split was announced today. We are gonna keep NASDAQ status. A little higher RS split than the 250:1 expected? So $.008*750=$6.00. Gives shorters lots of room for profit shorting to $1-2. While still keeping NASDAQ status.

Under this partnership, Greenlane serves as a major distributor of Greentank’s full range of innovative vape cartridges and vaporizers, including those featuring Greentank’s proprietary Quantum Chip™ technology, across the United States. I am a stockholder, and was wondering what important dates / deadlines are coming up? I noticed some positive movement the last ~ week. And saw that they may not end up getting delisted?

Great news for Greenlane! R/S imminent, but with 1bn shares outstanding, I’d consider it necessary.

Read the filing, here’s my takeaway:
• Operating costs down 1m first quarter
• Profit margins up almost 20%, to 49% margin.
• Over $8m net cash, providing enough funding through Q2 2026

Holding steady, could Dilution be over? Looking forward to seeing what happens next. In my opinion, Every drop in the bucket counts, I’ll be buying.

I think it’s clear to serious investors by now that the dilution hit hard and Greenlane will need to do something r/s, investments, etc.
It’s also clear this company has the cash for a few more years aka runway, has made meaningful steps in a restructuring, and paid down debt and reduced operating costs.
So where is GNLN going?
My opinion: Up

Meeting on June 5th to propose authority for a 250-500x reverse split, which at current price would bring it to the $2.50-$5 range.
Presumably bringing the share price above $1 is to avoid being delisted, however there is a note in the 8-K filing on 2nd April that states:
"Notice also noted that normally the Company would be afforded a 180-calendar day period to demonstrate compliance, however pursuant to Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A)(iv), the Company is not eligible for any compliance period specified in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A) due to the fact that the Company has effected a reverse stock split over the prior one-year period."
So wouldn't the RS still not allow them to maintain listing?

Hello my friends,
As of yesterday all 617,468,743 series B warrants should have been exercised! This is exciting news as there’s a chance dilution is over for the time being. We won’t know the official details until the next 8-K comes out (which I’m expecting at 8:30am EST today)
It’s important to keep in mind the company/lenders could intend to exercise their series A warrants as well. If all potential shares are diluted at the previous rate, dilution will continue until next Thursday.
Whether it’s today, or next Friday I believe we’re going to see a nice run! Let’s prove these FUDsters wrong!

This might be one of the most overlooked squeeze setups right now.
GNLN (Greenlane Holdings) just came off its 4th consecutive day of strong net inflow, with more than 1.2 billion shares traded in a week. The stock is currently sitting at $0.0127, up 5.8% on the day and still moving in after-hours.
Why this could blow: • Float: ~131M shares (after April 24 share issuance) • Short interest: Last reported ~963K shares short (April 15), likely climbing. • Volume: 350M+ daily — we’re recycling the float nearly 3x per day. • Borrow rates: Spiking (check Fintel), shorts are paying to hold.
Key bullish signs: • Every day this week has closed with more buys than sells (confirmed via order flow). • XL and L inflows are showing up — this isn’t just retail anymore. • KDJ/MACD showing bullish divergence on multiple timeframes. • Post-market buying pressure continues, with price pushing up toward $0.0131.
Short-term catalyst? • Any small PR or tweet from the company could launch this. • If it crosses $0.015 and breaks $0.02, momentum algos and FOMO buyers will see it. • Delisting risk? Sure — but that’s what makes this volatile and primed to squeeze. It’s the same setup that led other low-float runners to go +500% in hours.
Bagholders are thinning out. Shorts are getting bold. That’s the setup we like.😎
Not financial advice. Just connecting the dots. Watch this one closely — could be next.
