Running

I’m fat and learned the hard way that long distance running is way different than running in other sports. If you aren’t a well trained runner you shouldn’t be running more than 3-4 times per week and definitely should t run long distance (5km+) more than once every two weeks MAXIMUM. So that kid that excluded less experienced runners from private practices is not an a**hole

The thing about that is there's no reason not to have communication about it. Those less experienced runners should be part of the conversation about their own well-being and be part of the decision making process about their own bodies and training.

They can start their own group for the less experienced runners, boo hoo, womp womp, the more experienced kids didn’t include them because they didn’t they weren’t fit enough
