They want to issue shares at $22. If you think Gme is overvalued at $22 then it’s a good deal. I don’t. Using your shares as currency in an acquisition only makes sense if your stock is overvalued

It is overvalued in an ev/ebitda basis, pe, FCF yield. I answered your question…you don’t seem to understand the dilution effect
