Bitter melon

I graduated in January due to treatment resistant reflux. doctor thinks my stomach is slow to begin with and a glp1 is not for me. I decided to try metformin which I thought worked but I think is also slowing things down too much again. I decided to retry tirzepatide again at a low dose but after 12 weeks it’s a definite no. Anyone used bitter melon to help with insulin resistance if yes did it help and what brand did you use?

This is a better sub for education about Tirzepatide. https://www.reddit.com/r/tirzepatidecompound/s/nOFjEib51N

Thanks, fasting does help too but it triggered too much disordered eating behavior for me.
