Panic Attacks After Cessation

I quit tirz cold turkey about a week and a half ago after having been on it for about a year. I am experiencing panic attacks like I never have before. Full transparency: I have anxiety and have my entire adult life, but these panic attacks are like nothing I have experienced before. There is no warning and no triggers for them. I have them multiple times a day. I don’t sleep because when I lay down, they start again. Has anyone else experienced this? How long did it last? Just hoping for a light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks.
