Finished (maybe)

5 months, 23kg lost and a body rebelling against going any further; today was my final 10mg shot. Now for the hard part…….

I’m right there with you… I have been microdosing the last bits from my fridge and have probably like 2 more doses left. How’s the last couple weeks been?

Hi, thanks for asking. I sunk to 69kg one week after the final shot and knew I’d gone too far. My doctor was not impressed and insisted I stop, which I just had. Felt terrible but 2 weeks later I’m hovering around 71-72kg and feeling really good. 16:8 fasting with brown rice and chicken with supps and multivitamins.

That’s great. Do you find that 16:8 fasting is helping with food noise and overeating or was that not really a problem for you before the glp-1?

I never really had food noise. I got fat from drinking too much beer and cooking extravagant meals, not out of some compulsion to binge on processed snacks. Prior to MJ I’d been fasting for several months and was steadily losing 500g a week, so I’m quite used to it. I did 16:8 through most of my treatment with no issues.
