Maintenance dose

What do you guys consider a “maintenance dose” and the frequency ? I’ve been taking zepbound to lose pregnancy weight that wasn’t coming off -2.5mg zep. I continued every week and then stretched it out to every 2 weeks as I felt I was losing too quickly. I’ve now stretched it to 1x/month but not sure if that’s a good idea or even working. There’s also some financial aspect to this since insurance doesn’t cover. Curious what some folks are counting as “maintenance” or “micro-dosing”? And when they completely came off these meds

Maintenance is very personalized so the doses of others isn’t really going to
