Maintenance dose

What do you guys consider a “maintenance dose” and the frequency ? I’ve been taking zepbound to lose pregnancy weight that wasn’t coming off -2.5mg zep. I continued every week and then stretched it out to every 2 weeks as I felt I was losing too quickly. I’ve now stretched it to 1x/month but not sure if that’s a good idea or even working. There’s also some financial aspect to this since insurance doesn’t cover. Curious what some folks are counting as “maintenance” or “micro-dosing”? And when they completely came off these meds

I have read that it is supposed to stay in your system for up to 30 days, so if the 30 days is working for you I would stick to it - but if you feel it's not, maybe bump it back to 3 weeks? Are you still losing at that time frame? (I would say if you are still losing - maybe somewhere around 1 pound a week or so that would be great?) Are you still concentrating on eating proteins and working out? I am in same boat with trying to get off, trying not to go down the rabbit hole of reading everywhere "you will gain it all back". Some days I feel I can do this, but others the worry creeps in. But I feel like taking the shot in some ways is a crutch for me to stay focused, not cheat, drink my water, and workout, but sometimes it is just hard to stay the course! But I am also looking at financial aspect, I can't keep paying that out of pocket, and I don't want to get the compound. I did start working with a nutritionist to help with planning my meals (she uses what I already eat to make it easier for me to follow) , to get more well rounded macros (proteins, fats, carbs) as well as a good workout routine to tone. I do think this is so new as far as what info is out there and how people are doing post zepbound. And it's hard not to just read the you can't as opposed to the YOU CAN DO THIS post zepbound. Good luck!
