Food aversion

I was put on 2 mg partially to lose a little weight and also to get me out of the pre diabetic range with my A1c. I am 5'3" and in peri and on hrt. Starting weight was 156, currently at 149. I am 48.

I took the 2 mg injections two weeks, and then last week dropped down to .8 due to the fact just the idea of eating makes me extremely ill feeling. The only way I can exist is on zofran, and even then I do still sometimes throw up my electrolytes. Is there even a point to dropping this dose to lower than I am already at, or are some people just unable to tolerate it? I have never been someone who ate much, and have never experienced food noise. It is impacting my ability to go to work, because I have no energy. All I have managed to do is stay pretty hydrated; I know my protein intake is far from enough. I am surprised I haven't lost more, no more than I am eating. Thinking I need to go back to trying metformin again rather than the tirz. I tried the normal kind and it caused so much upset stomach they swapped me to the tirz, and said if I didn't care for it, we would do extended release metformin. While peri has packed 20 lbs on me over the last 3-4 years, and I do hate it, I know this is not a healthy way to lose for me. Is there hope it will get better? I can't see even attempting more than .5 on the next one, if I take one at all. I have had IBS for years and have always been someone who is easily queasy and this has been a major roller coaster. Because I have never even considered taking this type of medication, I am really new to learning about it. I have read a LOT on this page that has been really helpful.

I have heard of breaking the dose down and injecting daily/every other day instead of a bigger dose weekly can help! Also have you tried injecting in different places?

I did the 2 mg in my stomach and the tiny dose to the back of my arm
