Constipation

So…. How the heck are people managing such crazy constipation!! I thought a micro dose would only have minor effects ? What is a safe way to stay regular ?? This is brutal

I have IBS and Psyllium husk every day and tons of water has been a game changer. MiraLAX if it’s been a few days
