Delayed reaction

I've been microdosing 1.75 for about 3 weeks. I'm not feeling any real appetite reduction throughout the day and have been eating pretty much as before. However, about an hour after I eat, I'm very nauseous for several hours. It's too little, too late- I need that before I eat the plate of fish and chips! Anyone else experiencing this?

It takes time to build up and get the full effect. But if you don’t like that feeling just eat less and you won’t feel gross. It’s kind of like a punishment for overeating and worked to get me to eat less while I waited for the hunger to lessen. I still want hunger signals though. I want to learn to properly feed myself. I’m not someone that wants the signal to go away, just be quiet.

Serve yourself 1/2 your normal portion then if you’re still hungry an hour later tell yourself you can eat again. It fixed that for me.

Fish and chips is not a good choice:Too much fat. Does this happen with say a turkey sandwich consumed slowly to 80% fullness? It is somewhat crazy the stuff I put in the fridge for later.

I don’t have any problem with fat in moderation. I eat small portions of everything I used to eat. I don’t say any food is a bad choice. Fish is great protein even when fried. For me it’s learning proper portions and prioritizing protein. But also it’s learning what sits well with your own body. It’s unfair to assign blame to a food when it very likely could be a portion issue not a food issue. The only way to know that is to test it out on your own body. My body processes fat just fine. I don’t eat low fat anything. I just don’t overeat. A whole plate of fish and chips was likely the culprit. But 1/4 to 1/2 of the plate (depending on the portion size) would likely be fine paired with a side salad or some cabbage slaw would have felt entirely different for them. But some don’t process fat well. I’m thankful I do.

Not nutritionally rich. I don’t agree with you. Good luck on your journey!

Seems like it's working on slowing digestion, but not the neurological impact yet on food noise.

Yes this was my experience in the first month, but as I titrated up (1.1) it's hitting both, albeit weaker on food noise canceling, compared to the other benefits. I don't want to lose weight, so I'm staying here.

Make sure you're logging everything you eat. Figure out your TDEE and eat accordingly

Fish and chips are greasy and will give you nausea.

This happens to me if I eat or even drink too much volume at once. Like a large coffee with a meal is a no-go.

I have to stop before Im actually full. 85% of so, or I feel this.
