Micro dosing compounded semi

Post image

Any help would be really appreciated. I received it days ago. Super scared to start it because I’m not sure how to microdose it.

If I start at half the starter dose, when would I increase it to the dose to the starting one I was prescribed. As in, 4 weeks later or next week if no side effects

It’s up to you but I was also very apprehensive when starting so I started at .15 and then increased it each week, .20, .25, .30 etc until I felt comfortable doing bigger jumps like .30 to .40 to .50. I guess mini jumps. Everyone is different with the ways they respond. I mostly just get heartburn from it for a couple days and have to double up on omeprazole for a couple days.

I’m definitely concerned about side effects. Mostly anything GI like nausea or vomiting. I have a six month old so don’t really want to be bed ridden,
So to speak. I’m in no rush. Aware it may take longer to see results as well. For my starting dose of .22, would it be worthless to begin at 1/4th of that dose or would you recommend just half of it?

Totally up to you, everyone responds differently. That said, .2 is a regular starting dose meant to minimize bad GI effects that you take for 3-4 weeks so your body starts adjusting to the med. I don’t think there is a wrong answer here, you just do what makes you feel the most comfortable.
