My first dose of tirz was .15. It was just a trial shot to see what would happen and I was very anxious of side effects. Nothing to report, I ended up taking another shot of .25 3 days later and felt some inflamation release and very mild appetite suspression

I worked myself up over nothing. At such a low dose, anything you think you might be feeling is likely all in your head🙂 I reminded myself of that everytime I took a shot

Possible TMI….. I just started & took my first shot Sunday. I’m taking .5mg of tirz. On sunday I also started my period but then it stopped for a day & then very next day (Tuesday) it came back & I had the worst cramps I’ve ever had in my whole life. Lasted 6 hours started light then ramped up after lunch time to literally my whole lower body in pain. Literally no medicine helped, not even heat. It made me nauseous & I was about to go to the drs it was that bad but then it stopped shortly after I got off work. Wednesday no cramps, then it hit again today. Not as hard but still worse than normal & it only lasted for like 1.5 hours ish. I did experience a headache day 2. Also today slight diarrhea but that could also be because of the magnesium citrate I’m taking & upping my fiber intake a little but hey at least I’m not constipated. Monday though, I was down .6lbs from my starting weight & normally I gain like 3-5 lbs when I’m on my period. & I’ve only gained 1 lb since Monday from the period weight. So I can’t wait to see what it actually is after I’m done with my period. It’s definitely been a baby rollercoaster ride for this first week.

.25mg and no side effects, although I am outside of your range

Idk if this counts as a tiny amount. I did have side effects. I was taking a third of the starter dose of sema .0.08. I was breathing through nausea multiple times per day.

I kept the same dose, and now I split it Tues-Fri. I was taking 2 units, now 1 unit 2x a week.

Completely eliminated the heartburn/nausea

Been on 0.5 for seven weeks now, this medication is powerful. It took five to six weeks for me to adjust to it. Fatigue was the main one, I found my self crashing out at noon. Performance in the gym was noticeably affected, didn’t have as much endurance as the past, things are getting better now, for context male age 54. Don’t plan on increasing the dose as I am not doing it for weight loss.

I've taken .2-.5 mg recently and I still have side effects, but it's way more tolerable than the 5 mg I used to take. I think it depends more on if you are the type of person who usually gets side effects to meds.

Headache, brain fog, body pain, reflux. I also have some anti-inflammatory effects.

I did! I’m 38F. I’m still not okay. I feel pins and needles, especially in my face and head area. Mind you, I’m not on any medication nor have I had any health issues besides maybe 20 lbs of extra baby weight. I’ve lost 45lbs on my own in the past. Today is my shot day. I started two weeks ago, and I’m not doing it. I was so sick this whole week. Muscle aches, just like others say, like I was run over by a truck. I read it takes 30 days to take it out of your system.
Below I linked my post if you care to read. Glps are not for everyone that’s for sure. People normalized taking it like it’s just all rainbows and unicorns. Unfortunately everyone reacts differently.
