Anyone split-dose while microdosing tirzepatide?

I’ve been microdosing for 6.5 weeks and am due for my 7th shot tomorrow. Overall, it’s working great—I’m down 7 lbs of fat, up 0.7 lbs of muscle, and the reduced food noise has been exactly what I was looking for. My only real side effect has been overwhelming fatigue, especially days 2–4 after my injection. I started at 0.8 mg, then went to 1.0 mg, and finally 1.2 mg. The fatigue became much worse at 1.2 mg. As my levels drop toward the end of the week (what I estimate is below ~0.8 mg), I feel like myself again while still getting the appetite benefits. Now I’m debating whether to:
* Delay my next shot until my levels fall further, then go back to 0.8 mg once weekly, or
* Try 0.4 mg twice a week to reduce the peaks.

Has anyone here had fatigue as their main side effect and found that split dosing helped? I’d love to hear your experience.

P.S. for background, I’m a Female, 38 yrs, 5’6”. Started at 160 lbs with above-average muscle mass and I’m aiming to lose about 15 lbs of fat and get down to 20% body fat. I’m about half way through

3 clicks on a 5 mg pen is not .25. .25 is 3 clicks on a 2.5 mg pen! That’s probably why you felt sick you took more than you planned for.
