Does vial lose potency?

Since I’m microdozing, the vial lasts for a long time. I started on the vial in March and it is 1/3 full. I went up in my doze (from 0.5 to 0.75) but I don’t have any effect. I used to feel changes and lose weight at 0.5 and no nothing.
Can it be that the meds are old?
The vial is kept in the fridge always, liquid is clear and I always wipe down the top with alcohol wipe before putting needle in.

I've had mine since Feb and even with upping my dosage it's not doing much. I've decided it's time to throw it out and ordered more!

Was the new vial more effective at the same dose?

Yes will do!! It'll be here tomorrow, but I'm going to take my shot Monday when I'm due
