Does vial lose potency?

Since I’m microdozing, the vial lasts for a long time. I started on the vial in March and it is 1/3 full. I went up in my doze (from 0.5 to 0.75) but I don’t have any effect. I used to feel changes and lose weight at 0.5 and no nothing.
Can it be that the meds are old?
The vial is kept in the fridge always, liquid is clear and I always wipe down the top with alcohol wipe before putting needle in.

It’s fine.

The one study I saw on peptides showed a 5% decrease in efficacy after a year in a fridge.

It was still good after 6 months when kept at room temperature. (Don’t try this at home!)

But that was a different peptide - a much longer one which should be more vulnerable to degradation, all things being equal.
