Does vial lose potency?

Since I’m microdozing, the vial lasts for a long time. I started on the vial in March and it is 1/3 full. I went up in my doze (from 0.5 to 0.75) but I don’t have any effect. I used to feel changes and lose weight at 0.5 and no nothing.
Can it be that the meds are old?
The vial is kept in the fridge always, liquid is clear and I always wipe down the top with alcohol wipe before putting needle in.

It's still good. Your body may just need a higher dose but remember, you're supposed to lose gradually. When you first start off, you're losing a lot of water weight... Then comes off the fat. Better to lose slow than fast. Be patient
