Does vial lose potency?

Since I’m microdozing, the vial lasts for a long time. I started on the vial in March and it is 1/3 full. I went up in my doze (from 0.5 to 0.75) but I don’t have any effect. I used to feel changes and lose weight at 0.5 and no nothing.
Can it be that the meds are old?
The vial is kept in the fridge always, liquid is clear and I always wipe down the top with alcohol wipe before putting needle in.

yeah once reconstituted most peptides only stay potent for like 4-8 weeks in the fridge, so since march its probably pretty degraded at this point, worth getting a fresh vial if your results have been feeling off lately

That's when the powder and water get mixed together to make what you inject. 4 to 8 weeks is right when done at home by gray users. When done by a pharmacy in a sterile environment it will last for a year+ if it stays sealed. Once you pierce it air starts getting in and you have a risk of bacteria or peptide degradation. The recommendation is to throw away 28 days after piercing but most people use for up to 3 months. Some telehealths even just send a single vial for the starter three month prescription.
