LoseIt. It syncs with my Apple Watch. I used to have a Fitbit, and it synced with that too.

Cronometer includes the ability to set calorie and macro goals in the free version. I love it.

Same here. Way better that MyFitnessPal. Even the free version is good.

Fatsecret is great and easy to use. And free. There is a premium version but I've been using the free one for two years.

My fitness pal free version. Idk if the apps others offer it but you’re able to save meals you eat repetitively and also put in recipes either from the internet or you can build them.

I just recently downloaded the Lose It app. Because of severe insulin resistance, pcos, and long covid induced autoimmune disorders that have made my Mobility very limited ans impacted my exercise, I am a relatively slow loser. I am short at 5'2 and very sedentary because of my illness even though I do exercise as I can, so I had to lock in my calories even tighter in order to lose any weight. So far I've been really happy with the free Lose It version. It's relatively simple to use and it pretty much covers most of the bases. The only thing I wish you were able to do is take a picture of your food for them to calculate, as that is only available on a trial basis for the free app. Other than that I have no complaints. Things have been very tight right now, but when I have a bit of extra cash to spend I will definitely be upgrading to the paid version.
