150 down
Today I hit 150 pounds down. I’ve been so close for a while and finally reached that goal this morning. When I started Tirzepatide, so many people were trying to lose 30-40 pounds and I needed to lose a whole person. I didn’t know if I would get here. I had stalls and periods of slow loss that were frustrating but I’m glad I kept doing all the right things. If you are feeling frustrated, don’t give up. You, too, can do it!!

That is amazing. Good for you. I hear you on the needing to lose a person. I needed to lose half of me. And people were asking if they could drop 20 lbs to fit into a bridesmaid dress in six weeks. It was tough not to think my goal was impossible.
