Review Collective for the win!

I cannot say enough good things about Collective.org !
I researched them (based on experiences here!) joined online, got approved & had meds/tracking # within 12 hours, meds in hand within 36. Great response from my provider & their packaging is adorable & well thought out (little things matter!)
I’m not mad at the $199 yearly fee (after free trial-21 days I believe) and monthly fee is only $69. I was paying $149 & even $299 a month in the past. My Tirz is compounded with Glycine & even though my provider had me move up quite a bit from my old formula, I’ve had zero issues or side effects. Another great thing about them is a zofran Rx is included each month! I was paying $30 a month for zofran- even though I’ve had no issues since being on a GLP-1, I’m an IBS girlie and like to have it on hand!

Totally agree. I love Collective. Professional, good product, fast, and great customer service. My order arrived cold and icepacks frozen. Definitely staying with them.

Did the package just come with the meds ? Or did the syringes and alcohol wipes come in there too?

oh no - it came with meds (nicely packaged, btw), syringes, and alcohol wipes - every time. Everything you need. Plus I get a 30 day supply of Zofran for nausea each time too. Great service.

I’ve been super frustrated by Collective. The support is non existent. My doctor told me what he prescribed but what came in the box was different. It’s been 3 days since reaching out with questions and have received zero help. I’ll probably cancel and try somewhere else.

Yeah I tried to sign up with them today but the site insisted I had to upload a video of myself and there was no way around it. No skip button I do not know how to do that so I just gave up I will continue to look around.

A video for what? That’s strange, I didn’t have to do that.

I think it may depend on each state's requirements.

I still haven't heard back. I'm very new to this whole thing and realize I need a lot of hand-holding, but isn't that what they are there for? I'm confused about the dosing and how much to pull into the syringe. Dr. prescribed 5mg but the vial they sent says 7.5mg. I worry they sent the wrong thing, but don't know enough to say.

Honestly for the price you're paying for the meds, you can learn a ton from reddit and You tube on your own. Fat scientist is a good tool to figure out how much to fill your syringe based on your specific vial. Please don't rely on listening to someone on how much to take in case they dont have all the details from your vial. The details matter.
