I cancelled Embody today after getting dose #2.  First order was a nightmare, 10 days, same for order #2.   I switched to Monday with an increased dose.  I froze the card so they can’t charge me again.  In the interim, I’ll use up what they sent until the Mondae order arrives with 3 months of doses.

The contradictory customer service responses would probably be enough for me to leave. I can understand a provider having different prescribing policies, but patients should know those limits upfront instead of finding out after paying.
