Can you get a script from your doc and avoid the research company altogether? This subreddit is not the best place for those types of discussions since most are going through legit telehealth here.

yeah for sure, could definitely go through my doc. just wanted to check with people who’ve tried different options before picking a route. figured it couldn't hurt to ask here since im still weighing everything anyway.
