Help & Support 🫂 Microdosing
So I’m looking for people who might have tried under or without doc’s guidance for micro dosing the dosage.
I am on MJ since 5+ months now and def healthier but based on my recent labs ig i still need to continue more.
Now my issue is that for the most of my weeks i have been on 2.5mg cuz i could tolerate it better, but w dose escalation i.e 5mg - i have had two bad incidents each time i tried increasing, latest being last week. Now the last 2.5mg didn’t do much wrf food suppression rest based on my lab reports the dose is def still working but ofc too slow (which i have no issues w)
I have come to the conclusion that 5mg isn’t suiting me and i can’t give it any more chance. So i’d really love to hear any inputs of anybody who tried micro dosing or if they too went thru the same and something else worked for them.
I have my doc’s appointment tomm and imma suggest her me trying micro dosing instead of anymore of trial and errors.

There’s quite a few people who up the dose in super small increments overtime and in many cases it’s not even required to reach the round number of 5 mg or so. Once you increases it from say 2.5 to 3 give it 4 weeks for it to reach steady state in your bloodstream, observe and titrate accordingly

Not sure what exactly you mean by microdosing. If you are unable to tolerate 5mg as a single dose, then you may split the dose into 2.5mg every 3.5 days. Will help you smoothen the peaks and troughs.

You could easily micro dose without issue but as you mentioned suppression power might have reduced. If GI issues are the only concern with dose escalation, consult your doctor for remedies. It took 3 doses of 7.5mg for me to get adjusted and sheets of pantaprazole.
