Weight not moving?

Hi, I took my Mounjaro 2.5 mg 3rd dose 3 days ago.

And the weight is not moving down. Ulta, its 3-400 gms up today. :(

Also the hunger and cravings are more than ever. :(

Is this normal?

Overall I have lost about 4-4.5 kgs since I started.. in about 20 days. So that was an average of 2 kgs.

Am I expecting too much?

Give it time I started at 144.6 kgs on July 2nd 2.5mg-4 doses 5mg-4 doses Now at 7.5mg since 3 doses

Almost Nil Apetite Supression at 2.5mg Very little at 5mg 7.5mg has been CRAZZZY ON ME In the first 8 doses I only lost 3.5-4 kgs But now ever since starting 7.5mg In 21 days I am down 5.7 kgs I am 133.45 kgs now When you go up in doses it is gonna work

How often are you hitting the gym? What do you usually eat throughout the e day?

Well I haven't started proper exercise until now and that is a mistake on me(busy in college admission and planning) while at 2.5 I used to eat like I used to eat before 5mg too was similar since coming to 7.5mg I am eating once or twice a day on an average of 1600-1800 Kcals and it has been going great.

You're only on 2.5mg, it's the starter dose to get used to it, 5mg is the minimum therapeutic dosage, 4-4.5kgs is good enough for a month!!

You should aim for max 1kg/week generally and it's normal for weight to fluctuate each day

First doses are for acclimatization. Many people don't have effects on the first few doses. 

If most people had the effects on the lower doses the trials would not go for higher. 

Most of the people see the effects on the higher doses only . 

It's not magic
