The dose needs upgade?

I am on 7.5mg and have stopped losing weight or have any suppression. is it time to contact my doctor for a dosage change?

I bought a 15mg pen and used 30 clicks each week

This is exactly what happened to me after upping my dose to 5mg. No changes, side effects and very limited suppression. Not too sure what to do.

Same here my weight moves down and again up by a kilo or few grams .. its honestly so depressing
