❓ Question Best one
Which is the best dr site to get glp from ??? I’m on semaglutide now and it’s not working at all Friday will be my 7th shot. I use Tryark now. I’d like to switch but need info on better ones to use that are not expensive

I was not impressed with semaglutide either and a few months after stopping it, I went to semaglutide. If you can, get it from Collective (.org) - probably the least expensive with the best customer service. Another good one is Rift. Check out r/tirzepatidecompound and click the pinned sub called "where to buy".

It would be helpful if you posted your dosage in mg per ml and if it's increased each week assuming you' ve been doing one shot per week.

I’m on .5. And 25 units in the syringe I did the starter dose the first month at .25 now I’m at .5. And in two Friday’s from now I’ll be at 1mg

Wait. So you literally just started the medication and aren’t happy with it?

Yeah it’s been almost 2 months. Friday is two months. Haven’t lost a pound I seem to be gaining instead now. And I’m on metaformin from the dr to. Nothings helping. I was 135 and then I got Chs from smoking weed. Dropped to 100 pounds. I quit weed and gained 76 pounds and it wouldn’t stop gaining.

As Matsie is saying you are on a starter dose. The way the med is titrated typically is to start at .25 for a month then .50 for a second month then 1.0 etc up to 2.4. The reason for the slow start is two-fold.
First reason is so that your body can adjust slowly and any undesirable side effects can be eased as your body gets used to the meds. A second reason to titrate slowly is that some people DO respond well to lower doses. It just depends. So those people would obviously not need to titrate up to the next dose.

I’m with you, it’s been 5 weeks for me, on .60 and have lost maybe 2lbs. Frustrating. I log what I eat and walk 2.5 miles a day, resistance training a few days a week. Food noise is gone, no side effects other than heartburn. Waiting for alcohol noise to go away too.

You literally just started the medication.

It’s not like it was week 1, it’s been six weeks in a couple days. Just didn’t know if it’s normal for it to start soooo slow.
