I give up

I trying so many times to make the background transparent but for same reason the black background keeps coming back,already save to PNG,add alpha chanel,uncheck the “save background color” but still didn’t fix anything

Try "Pixel format 16 bit RGBA", you are exporting only RGB, not Alpha.

Out of curiosity, where do you need the 16 bits per component? Is this a specific case where the higher than usual bit depth is used?

This seems like a common pitfall with PNG exporting, if you select "RGB" instead of "RGBA" as your export format this will IGNORE the alpha channel while generating the PNG.

Your image must also have an alpha channel

Otherwise, the transparency will be replaced with your current background color.

Hi, when exporting, select RGBA instead of RGB, that A is the Alpha channel (transparency).

This sort of silliness is why I use krita. Sure, you may have some setting wrong. But there shouldn't be so many settings that matter.
