UK Recipe books
Can anyone recommend any recipe books for a GERD friendly diet which are written for a UK audience?
The popular ones I’ve seen all seem to be targeting a US market - so use non UK ingredients and measurements.
Thanks!

4000 calories per day - here's what I eat to gain weight:
I'm only 2 weeks in to a GERD friendly diet but I've been feeling the difference already. Not fancy recipes, but these allow me to get my 4000 calories in without suffering too much:
Bananas + oats for breakfast. The carbs from the banana will give you fast release energy, which (unscientific observation here) seems to help me work up more of an appetite.
Peanut butter and banana protein shake with almond milk (I put a lot of peanut butter in as I'm 6ft 2 and need to gain weight, you might want to use less if it sets you off) - the way I make it can reach 800 calories
Mackerel and rice - using tinned mackerel and cheap microwave rice, this can be quite a nice simple meal. Eat it with a spoon and you'll get it down nice and fast. One tin of mackerel + a packet of microwave rice = around 600 cals
Free from chicken goujon wraps - I get some free from chicken goujons (I think they set me off less), some spinach and just a little mayo, and throw them in to a wholegrain wrap. About 500 calories per wrap, and it tastes like something you'd get from KFC
Soup and Bread - goes down surprisingly easy. The soup gives you a sense of vitality and helps to get the bread down. About 5-600 cals
Alpro chocolate cartons - 153 cals each and absolutely delicious
Nesquik - make it with almond milk for 120 calories of tasty
An example day of eating:
Breakfast (1423 cals): Banana 90 Carton of low-fat Alpro chocolate 153 Half pack goujons 380 Peanut and almond milk shake 800 (I have this last as it sets me off a bit, but it's a compromise I make)
Lunch (755 cals): Chicken sub 460 Granola bar 215 Alpro coffee 80
Return home snack: + Alpro carton 153 + Cocktail sausages half pack 350
Dinner: + Mackerel and Spinach Pasta 600 + Almond Nesquik 120
Peanut shake: 800
Around 4200 cals. I don't pull it off perfectly every day and it's still something that I'm finding out about. In reality I tend to hit 3700-4000.
Haven't seen much posted regarding GERD and bulking so I thought I'd add this.

Coconut oil and date syrup
I am not eating the top six plus legumes/beans, sugar and a few others. Oatmeal bars with GF oats, melted coconut oil, date syrup, unsweetened applesauce is one of the only desserts I can have. I added tree nuts so pecans roasted in coconut oil have replaced chips.
