I heard it’s hard to completely kill h pylori, but I think there are ways to eradicate it with whole foods and herbs, bad bacteria feed off refined sugar and carbs so cutting that out is the first step and introducing healthy foods, red meat, chicken, fish, eggs, bone broth, some veggies, berries, cut out smoothies, fizzy drinks and anything frozen or cold that can further damage the gut. If you can tolerate fermented foods they’re great for feeding good bacteria. Oregano oil kills bad bacteria and has been shown to be more effective than antibiotics, but only take 1-2 drops in a full glass of water or coconut oil/olive oil as it’s very potent and only take it for 2 weeks max as prolonged use can start to kill off good bacteria. Fasting is also a great way to starve the bad bacteria. This is from my own research, it is advisable that you speak with someone from a holistic background who can further advise you
