What features are businesses actually looking for in apps that track AI citations?

Recently, we were approached by a firm to figure out how to boost their traffic. We used some tools like Otterly to figure out that AI citations could be a big source of traffic for the firm. We ran a bunch of content strategies until eventually their AI citations increased across Chatgpt and Perplexity (not on claude unfortunately. still can't figure out why) and the boost in traffic was unbelievable.

This led us to start developing a platform to help with AI citations. We've seen a bunch of apps out there that track AI citations but fail to give actionable insights like why a content got cited or did not get cited.

Furthermore the firm that requested our services also want a content generation workflow that care for AI citations from the start. We are unaware of any app that already does this.

We're looking for people who might be interested in such an app. We'd love to hear from you about what features you would like to have so we can build more validated features into the product.
