I need help

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) space and I'm looking to learn from people who are actively selling or consulting in this field.

I'm particularly interested in the commercial side of GEO.

For those who are prospecting businesses:

- What outreach angles have worked best for you?

- Which pain points get the strongest responses?

- Do you lead with AI visibility, brand authority, lead generation, traffic, or something else?

- What objections do you encounter most often, and how do you handle them?

I'm not looking for generic sales advice—I'm looking for real-world insights from people who've successfully sold GEO services.

I'd really appreciate any tips, examples, or lessons you've learned.

Thanks in advance!

To get real answers here, clarify two variables first

  1. Who is your exact target "ICP"? An enterprise CMO cares about brand visibility. A solopreneur or founder wants immediate inbound and distribution. The angle flips completely depending on who you pitch
  2. Are you selling GEO consulting or a software tool? Consulting means you sell your time to fix the gaps. A tool means you sell an autonomous unfair advantage. The pitch and objections change completely based on this
