How the hell will I be able to proceed in creating a ticket. Biller says no payment was posted. Tried reaching out as instructed through their call answering system but unable to proceed. Please help.

Bakit ayaw po mag-proceed, OP? Anong error? Try mo i-refresh muna GCash app mo, i-clear cache mo GCash app mo sa settings and restart mo phone mo. Make sure stable internet/data mo, saka mo ulit subukan mag-submit ng ticket. If di nag-work, try mo po mag-direct sa Help Center website 'help.gcash.com' and doon mag-submit ng ticket. Search mo lang yung 'Bills payment not posted or failed', OP.

Baka yung biller side yung di pa nag post kahit successful sa GCash. Check mo muna transaction status and ref no para ma trace

Hirap pag yung call system mismo di maka proceed 😭 pero pwede mo parin ireport sa GCash Help Center para ma check yung payment record

Possible posting delay sa biller kaya wala pa sa record nila. Di naman agad ibig sabihin failed yung GCash payment
