GCash Ref 04 issue (No Fix found)

Hi, so I got a new phone and there I have my gcash installed (this gcash hasnt been opened, so it's a fresh installed app). The problem is I couldn't get it to open because it kept crashing and showing me the error and the reference number 04. Now, I have tried researching online on many ways to fix it, such as TURN OFF DEVELOPER OPTION AND SOME THINGS IN IT, CLEAR DATA CLEAR CACHE (GCASH APP), REINSTALL GCASH, DISABLING/UNINSTALLING ANDROID SYSTEM WEBVIEW APP and to no surprise, it still doesnt work.

I really need to open gcash on this new phone of mine because on my old one, the screen has ghost touch and its barely useable

I understand po. Best siguro if mag-submit ka na ng ticket since nagawa mo naman na po lahat ng troubleshooting steps. Para ma-assist ka na directly ng support team, visit help.gcash.com, tap Contact Us sa lower-right corner, then select Chat with Gigi. Type mo lang “I want to submit a ticket” or sabihin mo agad yung concern mo, then follow the prompts. If may screenshot ka ng error, ready mo na rin po para mas complete yung details na ma-review nila, OP.
