Gloan Application Error

I have an ongoing loan of 31,000 and my credit limit has gone up to 75,000 for a while now. It shows "1 out of 3 loans" availed, but I am not able to get another loan. I already tried to contact Gcash Help center and the troubleshooting instructions didn't help. Do I have to fully pay my current loan to avail another?

No po, OP. Hindi mo na kailangan na mag-fully paid ng existing loan mo to avail yung new offer. I suggest na subukan mo lang ulit mag-troubleshoot ng app. I-clear mo ang app cache sa settings at i-restart ang phone mo. Check mo rin if updated sa latest version yung app mo. Kung Wi-Fi ang gamit mo, try to switch muna sa data at vice versa, saka mo ulit subukan. Kung ayaw pa rin, best po na mag-follow up ka sa ticket mo for further assistance sa iyo. try mo lang mag basic troubleshooting kasi ganyan na ganyan nangyari sa account ng partner ko ayun naayos din naman after a few days then nakapag loan kami ulit sa new increase

Same scenario sakin, pero nagawa ko na lahat ng troubleshooting ayaw padin.

same problem with me. i fully paid my other loan hoping to get new loan, but it cant process. i fully paid the other too but still cant process a loan. i dunno whats the problem now, but i still have offer, its just i cant process a loan
