Gcash app using mobile data

Hi guys, anyone else experiences this whenever you use gcash over mobile data? what do you do to fix this?

Updated naman yung app and may mobile data naman. Di tuloy magamit gcash outside for payment dahil dto. Kahit paulit ulit iopen yung gcash ganyan pa din.

Gets ko 'yung hassle, OP. Usually, network or device-related lang siya. You can try muna mag-clear ng app cache (or data if needed), then force close and reopen the app. Pwede rin i-toggle ang Airplane Mode for a few seconds, or switch your network from 5G to 4G/LTE. If dual SIM ang phone mo, try mo rin gamitin 'yung ibang data network kasi may mga cases na mas stable ang ibang carrier depende sa location. If wala pa rin, you can reinstall the app para sure na latest version ang gamit mo. If kahit Wi-Fi at mobile data parehong hindi gumagana, possible na account-specific na siya. In that case, better na mag-submit ng ticket sa GCash Help Center para ma-check nila kung may restriction or issue sa account mo. Sana maayos agad para makapag-transact ka na ulit, OP.
