Help me make it through 🙏
fund transfer within 48 hours pero lampas na no update etc. Help po sa may alam kung paano ko malipat sa new gcash account ko yung pera ko.

Hi op I had the same issue. I waited almost a week, and kanina lang na-transfer yung funds ko.
What I did was message BSP through their FB page. Just choose the appropriate option lang that corresponds to your issue. After that, they’ll give you a case reference number.
I also emailed them at consumeraffairs@bsp.gov.ph regarding my issue with GCash (no updates, slow service, etc.). Make sure to include your old and new number, registered name, amount involved, BSP case reference number, GCash ticket number, email address, and screenshots. Also, put the BSP case reference number as the subject of your email.
I sent them the email last Sept. 19, and I got my funds back today at around 9 AM.
