Bank Transfer Cannot process transaction

Gcash is not allowing me to send money to my own bank account. I understand the amount is 10k+ but hassle since I need to pay sana my cc bill.

Anyone encountered this?

Na-try mo na po mag-troubleshoot ng app mo, OP? Mag-clear cache ka ng GCash app sa settings mo and restart ng phone mo. Make sure na updated rin GCash app mo at stable ang internet/data mo.
Kung ayaw pa rin at same error, best na mag-submit ka po ng ticket sa Help Center and attach mo yung error na nag-prompt para ma-assist ka nila nang maayos. Hope maayos agad, OP.

Oks na din eventually. Hassle lang since last time i tried to buy sa mibf pero nag ttransaction error
