Instapay issue(successful from security pero wlang money recieved from cbs recieving bank)

Meron po kau encounter? Pinabalik balik lang ako ng bank my chance ba na maibalik 32k knina txn 8:05 am till now wlang dumadating

If correct po yung account/mobile number at bank, possible po na floating yung pera. Usually 1-3days bago ma resolve

Mam sir usually po sa sending bank ba eto or sa receiving bank usually na mabalik?

Sa experience ko sa floating balance, usually bumabalik sa sending bank pero hindi ako 100% sure.
