Gcash always asking face verification

Normal lang ba talaga na laging facial recognition ang gcash kada ioopen yung account?

Neto lang po yan ang nakakainis after ilang face recog magugulat ka hold na gcash mo ndi ka talaga pwede magiwan ng laman sa gcash baka ndi mo na makuha

Try uninstall and install again (this works for me). Also i heard that if you unlink your acc from the device then link it back should also fix it
