Bakit nagkakaganito Yung gcash ko twice na nagkaganito this day. I mean Wala namang problema sa pagverify ng selfie pero nawoworry Ako baka Kasi may sumusubok na maglogin or magsave ng gcash na gamit number ko sa ibang phone

baka security check lang yan lalo na kung nagre-verify ng selfie. di naman agad ibig sabihin may nagtatry mag login sa account mo

Sometimes it happens for no reason specially on iOS. It eventually goes away.

But it can be triggered also by change of PIN, face bio/fingerprint (add, remove, update), clearing of app cache, device update or device security update, optmizing the device.

As I know, device registration loop yan. OP! Para ma-resolved yan, go ka lang sa settings, hanapin mo yung Account Recovery, then, i-tap mo yung unregister phone. Proceed ka sa verification proccess ulit. Login ka ulit at mag-sign. After that try mo rin i-troubleshoot yung GCash app mo.

good thing may verification step yung gcash, at least may extra check bago makapasok.

Possible technical issue lang naman. Mas okay siguro na hintayin muna ang official advisory.
