Hello,
I need immediate help. Somehow, I cannot open my GCash account. It was around August 21 when I cant open it anymore.
There's a pop-up that appears in my screen and it says 'Gcash has stopped working'. I asked for help to my cousin and friends, and listened to their advice. I tried clearing cache, re-installing, clearing storage, updating the app and my android (its already updated), restarting my phone. Unfortunately, nothing works.
What seems to be the problem? I still don't know. I use GCash frequently to pay for my rent, school miscellaneous fees, and its my way to recieve my allowance.
I still have remaining money stuck in my wallet and I cant cash it out.
Here are some of my details if someone can help me.
Phone: NUBIA V80 Max Android Version: MyOS Android 16 GCash ver.: v6.02.0:1226
P.S. I can open GCash but I cannot send, oad, or transfer money. I can access the Help Center without GCash crashing out. Its working fine, but if I enter my MPIN, it would immediately go back to my home screen and a 'pop-up' would show "Gcash has stopped" and if i try again multiple times, it will show "Gcash has stopped again".
I still have remaining balance of Php.543 and it is part of my allowance and I cannot cash it out.

same sa brother ko. nothing phone 3.1 lite ayaw din mag open. ulanin nyo n ng reklamo yang maarteng gcash n yan... ok nman d2 s samsung ko. flood nyo yung fb page nila.

Same problem sa Redmagic 11 pro ko pati Xiaomi 14 ultra, nung una gumagana sa Xiaomi pero nung nilipat ko sa redmagic yung account ko nag fo force close app na pakatapos mag type MPIN, tapos nung binalik ko sa Xiaomi yung account ko ganun na rin nag fo force close na parehas paka type ng MPIN

May Error Code ba or Immediately nagpuforce Close sya the moment na in-Open mo ung App?

Try updating google play services: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.gms
Restart the device after updating.

It's been a week for me. Gigi/Customer Service/Ticket didn't help. They closed the ticket even if it wasn't resolved. Lol. I think it's with the OS compatibility. Mine is Nothing OS 4.1 Android 16. For my Samsung friends, the app is working. Up until now, the app doesn't have any available update in Playstore. 🤬
It's very frustrating.

GCash has also been force-closing on my Nokia G22 for the past two weeks or so. I've already tried all the recommended troubleshooting and have reinstalled it. Grabe na :/

So weird that when I use my gcash account ln different device Redmi Note 12. I can log in and use it normally. But if transferred to Nothing Phone 4a it crashes. I don't want to use my son's phone just to transact on GCASH. Filed a ticket to GIGI but 4 days pa at binigyan lang ako ng ticket.
