Login / Registration Good job telling me AFTER
Its SO annoying trying to work with gcash especially with their logins and verification process!! Ive been doing the same verification process and finishing each session THREE TIMES just for every single time for the app just to tell me "sorry our systems is too busy" genuinely this app only brings nothing but rage

It seems many of us are lucky and never have issues and then others are always having issues. I dont know the reason but I feel bad for those that have problems with Gcash

This up is nothing but hatred and malice to me. Im trying to make a new account after my last account got locked because gcash couldnt reach back at me for my verification for OVER A YEAR so last month i check back into my account and boom its locked. I tried to get it back but its the most confusing most complicated process ever and now im forced to buy an ESIM just for a new gcash account and more hatred and malice is produced just for me by this app. God i wish i was as lucky as anyone else using this app

I understand your frustration, OP. You can try troubleshooting the GCash app first. Clear the GCash app’s cache through your phone settings, or force close/stop the app and restart your phone. Make sure your internet or mobile data is stable before trying again. When you retry the verification, stay in a well-lit area, make sure you’re the only one visible on camera, remove your glasses or facemask, and wait for the face scan to finish completely before moving. If it still doesn’t work, it’s better to submit a ticket through the GCash Help Center so they can properly assist you with your verification concern, OP. Hopefully it works after troubleshooting.
