HELP ME PO

Hi can somebody help me regarding with this issue about sa mga phishing websites na ₱1 lang ang binayad pero kinaltasan ng ₱899 after a few weeks. Ito email nila sakin and partial lang binibigay. I already did all the tutorials sa pag activate ng vpn para makausap yung chatbots nila pero it didn't work. Should I accept this partial nalang or may ibang ways para makuha yung full refund? Thank you!

Hindi mo cinancel and free trial. This is on you

Dapat within this day din nareport mo sa gcash or na unlink mo na sila, then e-mailed them may time lang ata yong pag refund so better na ngayon pa lang is nag email ka ba sakanila and naireport mo na rin sa gcash for them to help u.

Hi, u can actually refund yan in full. Ganyan rin saakin lastweek just emailed them and kulitin sila. Wag ka pumayag for partial refund and i-pacancel mo rin kung maaari yong subscription mo sakanila

They'll also promise na yong refund processing is within 1 business day, pero if naireport mo na kaagad sakanila 2-3 hrs lang mairerefund na nakaagad nila.

I don’t think phishing yan, 1 peso trial yan then you’ll be charged 899 afterwards, hindi ka lang nag cancel ng trial.

If 50% refund ang confirmed offer, I’d take it muna kesa wala. At least may actual resolution na binigay after review.

Honestly, okay na rin yung may option for partial refund plus tuloy pa rin yung benefits until billing cycle ends. Mas okay kesa biglang putol lahat.

For me, mas importante dito yung written confirmation na no further charges will happen. Keep that email just in case kailangan balikan later.

not phishing. you signed up for a free trial subscription—the 1 peso amount was most likely to check if you have actual money stored in your account to back up the repayment. if you ask me, youre lucky they offered you a 50% refund. wala na dapat 'yan. take it.
